About
I'm Dario, a business administration generalist supporting European founders and distributed teams. Over the past seven years, I've worked across recruitment, operations, customer service, and administrative management in multilingual and international environments. My focus has always been on building clear, reliable structures for people and processes — systems that continue to work when teams grow, spread across locations, or operate in multiple languages.
