Business administration as a way to make work more humane and efficient

I'm Dario, a business administration generalist supporting European founders and distributed teams. Over the past seven years, I've worked across recruitment, operations, customer service, and administrative management in multilingual and international environments. My focus has always been on building clear, reliable structures for people and processes — systems that continue to work when teams grow, spread across locations, or operate in multiple languages.

I've reduced hiring cycles by around 30%, standardised and digitalised workflows across several locations, and led operations in German, Italian, English, and French. I've placed specialist roles in demanding contexts, supported crisis operations with tight response times, and trained more than 15 team members in new processes and ways of working.
