Hosting and access data

The website is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., USA). When you visit, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, time, page requested) may be processed in server logs. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This may involve a transfer to the USA; GitHub is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Audience measurement with Cloudflare Web Analytics

I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to evaluate how the website is used. The service works without cookies and does not store IP addresses; it only records aggregated information such as pages visited, referring page, browser and country. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in privacy-friendly audience measurement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.

Contact form

When you use the contact form, I process your name, email address, the selected service and your message and, if you provide them, your company and phone number solely to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). The form is delivered via the service Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which receives the data you enter and forwards it to me by email; Web3Forms is only contacted when you submit the form. This may involve a transfer to a third country. Your message is also processed by my email provider (Gmail). To protect against automated requests the form contains a hidden field; Google reCAPTCHA or similar services are not used.

Appointment booking via Google Calendar

When you click “Book a call” you leave this website and reach Google’s booking page (Google LLC, USA). There you enter your name, email address and preferred time. I process this data to arrange the appointment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Google processes data under its own privacy policy and may set cookies. A transfer to the USA is possible.

AI tools

This website itself uses no AI services and sends no visitor data to AI providers. In client work I use AI-assisted tools only by agreement with the client. Personal or confidential data is passed to such services only with explicit consent.

Links to LinkedIn lead to third-party services whose operators are responsible for their own data processing.

Cookies and local storage

This website itself sets no cookies and uses no trackers, analytics or advertising services. Your language choice is stored in your browser’s local storage (entry “prossimo_lang”); this entry does not leave your device. No fonts are loaded from external servers. Note: Google’s booking page (see above) and linked third-party sites are subject to their own terms; for cookie-free audience measurement see “Audience measurement with Cloudflare Web Analytics”.

Recipients and third-country transfers

Recipients are only the technical providers named above (GitHub, Web3Forms, Google). I do not sell data or pass it on for advertising.

Retention

Enquiries are deleted once handled, unless a retention duty applies. If an engagement is concluded, accounting records are kept for the statutory period in France (currently 10 years).

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the French authority CNIL (cnil.fr).
